Annual Award Ceremony
Aspire2Group will hold an Annual Award Ceremony highlighting the excellent work by Service Users, Charities & Organisations, Professional Staff, Families & Friends, The Armed Forces, Charity Volunteers, Fundraisers & sporting Achievements. Anyone connected to Mental Health will be able to nominate someone for an award. Advertising will take place within the Aspire2Group Media Services & will be held in December of each year. The Award Ceremony will invite 1,000 guests from across the Mental Health Spectrum. All Aspire2Group Media Services will be in attendance & will report on the event live. A Broadcasting Media Channel will be invited to record the event for Television.
Mental Health Awareness Week Concerts
During the Month of May every year Mental Health Awareness Week takes place. Aspire2Group will work with a Music Promotions Company and aim to hold 7 nights of concerts across the United Kingdom during the week. The publicity will create and enforce a positive message about Mental Health. This event will be held every two years. Tickets will be sold through all Aspire2Group Media Services & The Promotions Company. A certain percentage of tickets will go to service users free of charge. Professional artists will be asked to perform for free, expenses will be reimbursed. These concerts will be used to spread positive news about mental health, combat social exclusion & stigma and reinforce the great undertaken by Charities & Organisations.
The seven venues that will be targeted to hold a concert are: Bournemouth, Cardiff, Belfast, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham & London. These sites cover all 8 regions of the United Kingdom and can accommodate tens of thousands of people.
Aspire2Group Apps
The Aspire2Group App will work with Technology Companies in order to investigate what Apps could be invented that makes the life of Service Users more comfortable. Research will be undertaken with service Users, Charities & Organisations to identify what App could be brought onto the market that could make a difference to treatment or services. Particular interests are the reduction of suicide, self-harm, eating disorders & clinical depression.
Mental Health Choir
Through the use of all Aspire2Groups Services, The Newspaper, Website, Radio Station, Recording Studio & Media Pod, Aspire2Group want to create our very own Mental Health Choir made up of all those who use or are connected to Mental Health. We believe that many professional recording artists, promoters & producers will work alongside Aspiring Mental Health Singers and promote positive reinforcement about Mental Health.
